Six pigeons were basketted. No pigeon could be clocked the same day. With half of the prizes gone, bit of a disappointment. Next morning first arrival was for Late 100, which resulted for him in a 3 on 4 : Limoges, St.Vincent, Perpignan. Second and third were two Barcelona winners : Il Loco and Black Knight.
Arie (377/09) - last season still a 3 out of 3: Montélimar, Barcelona, Perpignan - was lost from this race. OLD birds : Prize-winning Elio (102/10). Last son to Ella. Was second marked from 2 pigeons basketted.
YEARLINGS : After 10 minutes roofsitting from Libourne with a 31st prov as result the 829/12 this time missed a top 10 ranking after 36!!!! minutes roof. He now ended as 15th prov. Let's keep it positive. From now on, we might call him De Zitter , but let's opt for De Dromer, direct son to Poetin. Already a prizewinner from Libourne, Pablo (866/12) was my second arriving yearling. He's a direct son to Gorbi X Sister260 (inbred Iruna, Jos Thoné via David Kindt). Six yearlings were basketted, four missed. De Dromer and Pablo will be the only two that will become first year olds next season. Claesen A. + K. (Wellen) win a 7th prov Narbonne yearlings with a grandson Poetin. |
